Mark Dulsky

Director, Global Partnerships

Mark runs the operational side of Level Up Village’s global communication platform and is responsible for delivering a positive class experience. He works directly with LUV’s international partner schools and organizations, matching them with the appropriate US schools, monitoring classes and collaborating with partners.

Before joining LUV, Mark worked with several global organizations, implementing new systems and training users on those systems. He lived in Asia for five years, working as the Treasurer of Ogden Aviation and starting up operations at two international airports. He managed successful client relations with multiple major airlines and negotiated contracts worth over $1.5 billion dollars.

Mark also volunteers through his church and helped run several community based high school service organizations such as SafeRides of Westport and Service League of Boys. He is also a certified teacher.

Mark earned a B.A. from Amherst College and a M.A. from Sacred Heart University.
