We have just launched a really fun way to engage your kids and connect them globally with our #ShareTheLUV video contest.
Students can help promote public health by showing their peers their best “hand-washing techniques” in a video format! This is one way students can really make a difference while doing something fun.
Upload an imaginative video promoting good hand-washing tips! This can be a video of you singing your favorite song while washing your hands, dancing, etc. Be as creative as possible!
Video Entry Directions:
Follow the recommended guidelines from the WHO and the CDC on washing your hands.
Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap and apply soap.
Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? This is where you can hum or sing your favorite song. Be creative!
Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them
Show our LUV logo and the hashtag #ShareTheLUV in the video.
We will post the videos to our global bulletin board and to our Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. Entrants will have the chance to win a FREE, 2-week Climate Change course from LUV’s Global Citizen Series.
