In 2013, Barvinok Preschool became a member of the Lego project Care for Education. The program in this project is “Learning by Doing” and by implementing this program, they don’t only develop design skills in children but create conditions for the full development of the child.

A classroom at Barvinok usually has 15 students, and most of the students are between the ages of 4 and 6. They attend school five days a week, from 8am to 6pm. They study many subjects like Math, Construction, English as well as participate in many after-school activities such as sports.

Some of the students travel to the school via bus or car, while some walk to the school. Most students speak English and Ukrainian languages.
